Yesterday we were joined by Madevi Dailly and a bunch of her MA animation students from Screen Academy Scotland. They quizzed Binary Fable about all sorts of stuff. We talked about how ideas get turned into projects, gave some tips on how to get funders interested and then looked at the process our studio goes through to get from concept to finished movie. There was quite a bit of chat about The Lost Book too!
We had great fun. It's always good to talk (especially where there are strawberries and chocolate hobnobs involved). Good luck with the rest of your studies guys and thanks Madevi for organising things.

Twoofing

As of the start of this week, I've found myself Tweeting (or perhaps twoofing?) in character as Watson the Dog. I'm having great fun thinking of the world from Watson's point of view!
I love my job!

the lost book episode 3

More Lost Book! The third episode of the web series launched last week. Again, the story was written by visitors to the website, and it's been fun discussing it and getting everything agreed. It's a cracker, with Watson the dog sniffing out K.B.E. agent and book assassin Otto Dafé.
If you'd like to get involved, why not head over to www.thelostbook.net and let us have your story suggestions.
We haven't been posting on here, because all our "making of..." stuff is going onto The Lost Book blog at the moment. Keep an eye out over there for sketches, roughs and notes as we develop episode 4.
